Full Body Workout
Perhaps you’re stuck for what exercises you can do that will help you reach your goals. Perhaps also you’re stuck for time to do them. Well, if you can give me less than 20 minutes just 2x/week, you’ll be well on your way to reaching your goals!
First, consider just walking. Take a walk around the block just twice per week, and see how you feel after a month. If possible, increase frequency to 3x/week, then 4x, all the way up to daily if you can. Maybe this will be enough for you, but maybe not.
