Or, if you prefer, your trainer can write you a routine to use at your local gym. With just a few pictures of the equipment your gym has to offer, the routine can be customized very specifically to the machines and free weights you have at your disposal.
You can also receive nutrition coaching, and all of this is at a fraction of what it would cost were you to train in-person with your trainer. Accountability is maintained through e-mail/phone/Skype checkins weekly, and your trainer makes any necessary changes to ensure your program stays effective and meets your needs.
