To lead a healthy life, you must follow a diet enriched with good proteins, unsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats, monounsaturated fats, carbohydrates, and other nutrients. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in the diet. Try to avoid processed and junk foods. In fact, foods that contain trans and saturated fatty acid should be avoided.

I’m living proof that there is a solution. Until age 36, in 2003, I had been an overweight guy. By April of 2001 I had ballooned up to an excess of 95 lbs over my ideal bodyweight. By 2003 I had only lost 10 lbs, because I was trying to do it on my own.

I reached out for help. That was the best thing I could have done. I met a man who taught me what I needed to know in order to lose my weight, but there was still a piece missing: how to keep it off. I reached out to many other resources and learned the keys to permanent weight loss success. It’s those keys that I now am dedicated to teaching others.
